This comprehensive interface allows administrators to seamlessly navigate through ongoing, upcoming, and completed projects,workshops, ensuring effective community involvement and projectworkshop oversight.

Accessing the ProjectsWorkshops

To access the projectsworkshops dashboard:

  1. Log In: Ensure you are logged into the WeSolve platform with your administrator credentials.

  2. Navigate to ProjectsWorkshops: Locate and select ProjectsWorkshops from the left-side menu to open the projectsworkshops overview page.

Upon accessing the ProjectsWorkshops section, you will be presented with a detailed view of all the projects,workshops, encapsulating a variety of information and actionable options:

View all projectsworkshop listed along with their current status, which can be 'Published', 'In Draft', or 'Completed'.

Each projectworkshop entry provides options to:

  • Add new engagement activities, such as workshops, challenges, surveys, or articles.
  • Edit existing projectworkshop details to ensure up-to-date and accurate information.details.
  • Delete projects,workshops, if necessary, to maintain a focused and relevant project list.necessary.
Engagement Activities

For each projectworkshop listed, administrators have the ability to:

  • View a comprehensive list of all associated engagement activities, including their respective start and end dates.
  • Directly edit engagement activities to adjust timelines, content, or other critical parameters.
  • Remove specific engagement activities from a project,workshop, ensuring the project'workshop's scope and objectives remain aligned with community needs and organizational goals.
Project Filtering

Enhance your project management efficiency with the advanced filtering feature located at the top of the page. This functionality allows you to filter projects by their status, enabling you to quickly focus on projects that are in draft, published, or completed stages.
